問題点 （Issue）

Macintosh 版 Adobe Encore CS3 で [ビルド] － [Flash] を選択し、タイムラインにオーディオファイルが含まれている場合、トランスコード中にアプリケーションがフリーズします。また、Encore がフリーズした際に [ビルドの進行状況] ダイアログボックスの [キャンセル] をクリックすると、アプリケーションが応答しなくなります。

理由 （Reason）

QuickTime のバージョン 7.4 以降がインストールされています。

解決方法 （Solution）

最初のインストール時に使用したメディアから Mac OS X を再インストールするか、もしくはサードパーティ製ツールの Pacifist を使用して QuickTime 7.3.1 を再インストールして、QuickTime のバージョンを 7.3.1 にダウングレードします。
