問題点 （Issue）

Macintosh 版 Adobe Illustrator CS2 の製品版をインストールする際、以下のいずれかの問題が発生します。

－　「アップグレードオプション」画面が表示されて以前のバージョンの確認を求められます。

－　「アップグレード対象製品の検索」画面が表示されたまま、インストールが完了しません。

コンピュータにアップグレード版 Illustrator CS2 をインストールし、アンインストールしました。

解決方法 （Solution）

この問題を解決するには、以下の操作を行います。

　注意　：　複数の Adobe 製品がコンピュータにインストールされている場合、ほとんどの場合で以下の操作を行った後に再インストールが必要です。

  1. Illustrator CS2 がインストールされている場合は、以下の弊社技術文書を参照してアンインストールします。

  2. 以下のフォルダ内の「Adobe Registration Database」ファイルを削除します。

    Macintosh HD/ライブラリ/Application Support/Adobe
