解決方法 （Solutions）

この問題を解決するには、以下の A. または B. の操作を行います。

A.　Premiere Pro 2.0 の Clip Notes presets をアップデートします。

弊社 Web サイトから Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 Adobe Clip Notes presets アップデートをダウンロードしインストールします。

Clip Notes presets をアップデートするには、以下の操作を行います。

  1. すべてのアプリケーションを終了します。
  2. Web ブラウザを起動し、以下の弊社 Web サイトにアクセスします。

    URL ：     http://www.adobe.co.jp/support/downloads/premierepro201.html
  3. ページ内の左側にある [download] アイコンをクリックします。
  4. [ファイルのダウンロード] ダイアログボックスが表示されたら、[保存] をクリックします。
  5. [名前を付けて保存] ダイアログボックスが表示されます。ファイルの保存先を指定し [保存] をクリックします。
  6. ダウンロードが開始されます。
  7. ファイルのダウンロードが完了したら、Web ブラウザを終了します。
  8. ダウンロードした「ClipNotes.zip」ファイルを解凍します。
    　注意　：　ダウンロードした「ClipNotes.zip」ファイルは圧縮ファイルであるため、解凍して展開する必要があります。解凍ソフトをお持ちでない場合は、文書番号　4545　解凍ツールのダウンロードページ一覧 を参照して解凍ソフトを入手してください。
  9. Premiere Pro 2.0 アプリケーションフォルダ内の「MediaIO¥Presets」フォルダを開きます。

    ※　アプリケーションのインストール先を変更してない場合、「ClipNotes」フォルダは以下の場所に作成されています。

    －　    C:¥Program Files¥Adobe¥Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0¥MediaIO¥Presets
  10. 手順 8. で解凍して作成された「ClipNotes」フォルダを、手順 9. で開いた「Presets」フォルダにドラッグします。


  11. [フォルダの上書きの確認] ダイアログボックスが表示されたら、[すべて上書き] をクリックします。

以上で、 Clip Notes presets のアップデートが完了です。Premiere Pro 2.0 を起動して Clip Notes への書き出しを行い、問題が解決したことをご確認ください。

B.　Adobe Media Encoder の書き出し形式を Windows Media に変更します。

Adobe Media Encoder の書き出し形式を Windows Media に変更するには、以下の操作を行います。

  1. [プロジェクト] パネル上でクリップを選択するか、クリップの配置されたシーケンスを選択します。
  2. [ファイル] メニューから [書き出し] － [Adobe Media Encoder] を選択します。
  3. [書き出し設定] ダイアログボックスの [形式] ポップアップメニューから [Windows Media] を選択して [OK] をクリックします。


  4. [ファイルの保存] ダイアログボックスが表示されたら、[キャンセル] をクリックします。
  5. Clip Notes への書き出しを行います。

追加情報 （Additional Information）

Premiere Pro 2.0 では、Clip Notes PDF 書き出しの際に Adobe Media Encoder のエンジンを使用してエンコーディングを行っています。Clip Notes 書き出し時の音声のエンコーディングにおいても Adobe Media Encoder で設定されているフォーマットを使用してエンコーディングを行います。このため、Windows Media 以外のフォーマットが Adobe Media Encoder で設定されていた場合に、オーディオのエンコーディングに失敗してしまいます。

この問題は Clip Notes presets アップデートにて修正されています。
