Issue
When you convert a catalog from an earlier version of Elements Organizer or from Photoshop Album, the catalog isn't listed in the Convert Catalog dialog box.
Solution
- In the Elements Organizer, choose File > Catalog.
- Select Convert.
- Select Find More Catalogs.
- Navigate to the location of your catalog, select the catalog folder, and then click OK.
- If the catalog you want to convert does not appear, select Show Previously Converted Catalogs.
- Select the catalog you want to convert, and then click Convert.
Additional Information
By default, the Elements Organizer only displays catalogs stored in one of the default locations. The Organizer hides catalogs that you have previously converted, including catalogs converted by previous versions of the Elements Organizer.
