Issue
This issue is seen with Elements Organizer in Photoshop Elements. When you play a video file from Elements Organizer, there is no audio.
Solution
Download and install the Dolby digital AC3 codec. For more information, see www.ehow.com/how_5117459_install-ac-codec.html
Alternatively, if you have purchased Adobe Premiere Elements, install the software, and retry.
Additional information
This issue can occur when the video is associated with an AC3 audio stream. AC3 audio can be played only when you have the required codec on your computer.
