問題

8.2.1 で、file:/// を使用して同じサーバー上（ローカル）にある HTML ファイルを PDF に変換できました

この機能を ES2 で使用できません

解決策

セキュリティ上の理由により、ES2 ではこの機能を無効にしました。現在はファイルを表示することだけができます。すなわち、Admin UI PDFG コンソール HTML から PDF にあるアップロードボタンを使用します。

URL オプションは HTTP:// の使用のみです。
