[an error occurred while processing this directive]ダウンロード時に「The download manager cannot run due to insufficient privileges.」エラーが表示される（Macintosh）

問題点 （Issue）

Macintosh 版の Safari や Firefox で購入した Adobe アプリケーション、または体験版をダウンロードする際に、下図のようなエラーメッセージが表示されることがあります。

理由 （Reason）

この問題は、ダウンロードを開始する際に表示された証明書の確認メッセージを閉じるか、[拒否] をクリックした場合などに発生します。

解決方法 （Solution）

この問題を解決するには、以下の操作を行います。

  1. エラーメッセージが表示されているウインドウを閉じます。
  2. Web ブラウザを再起動します。
  3. 弊社 Web サイトにアクセスし、再度ダウンロードを行います。
  4. 「"dlm.tools.akamai.com"からのアプレットが、お使いのコンピュータへの無制限のアクセスを要求しています。」という確認メッセージが表示されたら、アクセスの要求元が "dlm.tools.akamai.com" であることを確認して [許可] をクリックします。


  5. ダウンロードが開始されます。
