問題点 （Issue）

Adobe Creative Suite 4 または単体の CS4 アプリケーションをインストールすると、以下のエラーメッセージが表示されます。

詳細 （Detail）

－　表示されるエラーメッセージは、システムやインストーラの言語とは異なる言語で表示されることがあります。

－　同様のエラーが、弊社 Web サイトからダウンロードした AIR インストーラを実行する際にも表示される可能性があります。

－　Adobe AIR 1.1 を個別にインストールしてから Creative Suite 4 をインストールすると、以下のエラーメッセージが表示されることがあります。

解決方法 （Solution）

この問題を解決するには、以下の A. ～ C. のいずれか、または複数の操作を行います。

A. Macintosh の言語リストを変更します。

  1. [アップル] メニューから [システム環境設定] を選択します。
  2. [言語環境] をクリックします。


  3. [リストを編集] をクリックします。
  4. 使用しない言語のチェックをはずすなどして、リストに変更を加えます。
  5. [システム環境設定] ダイアログボックスを閉じます。
  6. 再度インストールを行います。

B. CS4 Clean スクリプトを実行します。

CS4 Clean スクリプトを実行し、Creative Suite 4 アプリケーションをすべて削除してから再インストールします。CS4 Clean スクリプトの詳細については、以下の弊社技術文書を参照してください。

C. Adobe AIR を個別にインストールします。

Creative Suite 4 のカスタムインストールで Adobe AIR 以外のアプリケーションをインストールし、その後 Adobe AIR を個別にダウンロードしてインストールします。

　注意　：　ダウンロードした Adobe AIR インストーラで既にエラーが確認されている場合は、手順 A. または B. を行ってください。

  1. Creative Suite 4 アプリケーション DVD-ROM を挿入し、インストールを開始します。
  2. [オプション] 画面が表示されたら、[カスタムインストール] を選択します。


  3. 以下の項目のチェックをはずします。
    －　Adobe AIR
    －　Acrobat.com
    －　Adobe Media Player
  4. 画面上の指示に従ってインストールを完了します。
  5. 以下の弊社 Web サイトから Adobe AIR をダウンロードしてインストールします。
