問題

低ネットワーク帯域幅であったり、ハードウェア推奨構成に満たない場合など、Adobe Flash Player で、ビデオの性能が粗悪であることがあるでしょう。例えば以下のような症状です。

回避策

可能な限りネットワーク帯域幅を開放してください。例えばインスタントメッセンジャーや一対一で教習しているアプリケーションなどを終了します。

最適な再生環境として推奨される最低ハードウェア設定に、コンピュータが達しているようにしてください。

追加事項として、Flash Player の表示に問題がある場合、例えば質の粗悪な画像や表示時間がかかるなど、表示パネルの「ハードウェアアクセラレーションを有効化」のチェックを外すことで回避される場合があります。その変更でFlash Playerはソフトウェアでコンテンツの拡大縮小や表示を行います。

ハードウェアアクセラレーションを無効にするには

1. Flash ムービーやビデオ上で再生中右クリック (Windows) もしくはControl-クリック (Macintosh) します。

2. 表示されるコンテクストメニューから、[設定] を選択します。表示されているパネルが表示パネルです。

3. 「ハードウェアアクセラレーションを有効化」オプションをクリックして外し、[閉じる] ボタンをクリックします。
