問題点 （Issue）

Macintosh 版 Adobe Creative Suite 2.x および Adobe Help Center を使用する各 CS2 アプリケーション（Adobe Illustrator CS2、Adobe InDesign CS2、Adobe GoLive CS2、Adobe Photoshop CS2）から Help Center を起動すると、Help Center が起動しない、または以下のようなエラーメッセージが表示されます。

詳細 （Detail）

－　管理者権限のないユーザでログインしています。

－　「アプリケーション」フォルダから直接 Help Center を起動し、個々のアプリケーションヘルプを参照することは可能です。

－　以前に Adobe Bridge のアップデートを行っています。

解決方法 （Solution）

この問題を解決するには、Adobe Bridge アップデータを適用します。

Adobe Bridge をアップデートするには、以下の操作を行います。

  1. Adobe Bridge を起動し、[ヘルプ] メニューから [アップデート] を選択します。
  2. Adobe Updater が起動し、「お使いの Adobe アプリケーション用のアップデートがあります。」画面が表示されたら、[詳細を表示] ボタンをクリックします。
    ※　すべてのアプリケーション用のアップデータを一度にダウンロードするには、[ダウンロードの開始] ボタンをクリックします。
  3. [利用可能なすべてのアップデート] リストから以下の項目にチェックを入れます。
    －　Adobe Library 1 Updater for Bridge Scripts
    －　Adobe Photoshop Services のアップデート
  4. [ダウンロード] ボタンをクリックします。

    　注意　：　[Adobe Updater の環境設定] が表示された場合は、[アップデートするアプリケーションを選択] セクションで [Adobe Bridge 1.0] にチェックが入っていることを確認し、[OK] をクリックします。

追加情報 （Additional Information）

CS2 アプリケーションから Help Center を起動する際、「Macintosh HD/ライブラリ/Application Support/Adobe/Launch」フォルダと「Macintosh HD/ライブラリ/Application Support/Adobe/StartupScripts」フォルダが読み込まれるため、これらのフォルダのアクセス権は [読み／書き] に設定されている必要があります。

以前適用した Adobe Bridge のアップデータによって「Launch」フォルダと「StartupScripts」フォルダのアクセス権が変更され、管理者権限のないユーザから「Launch」フォルダと「StartupScripts」フォルダへアクセスができない場合があります。
