問題点 （Issue）

Adobe Photoshop 7.0.ｘ、Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0、Adobe Illustrator 9.0.ｘ/10.0.ｘ、Adobe GoLive 6.0.ｘ または Adobe InDesign 2.0.ｘ を起動すると、アプリケーションが以下のメッセージを表示したままフリーズします。

「AWEXFiles.txt」ファイルをダウンロードする際に、アプリケーションがフリーズします。

解決方法 （Solutions）

この問題を解決するには、以下の A. または B. のいずれかを行います。

A.　システムの日付を戻します。

  1. OS のバージョンに応じて、以下のいずれかを行います。

    Mac OS X の場合
    a. [アップル] メニューから [システム環境設定] を選択します。
    b. [システム] カテゴリ内の [日付と時刻] を選択します。
    Mac OS9 の場合
    [アップル] メニューから [コントロールパネル] － [日付＆時刻] を選択します。
  2. 例えば先週の日付など、Adobe アプリケーションが正常に起動した日付に変更します。
  3. Adobe アプリケーションを起動します。更新がスキップされて起動します。
  4. [ヘルプ] メニューから [Adobe Online] を選択するか、ツールボックス上部の [Adobe Online を表示] をクリックします。
  5. [Adobe Online] ダイアログボックスが表示されたら [環境設定] ボタンをクリックします。


  6. [アップデートの確認] ポップアップメニューから [しない] を選択し、[OK] をクリックします。


  7. Adobe アプリケーションを終了し、システムの日付を現在の日付に戻します。

B.　ネットワークケーブルをはずします。

  1. ネットワークケーブルをはずします。
  2. Adobe アプリケーションを起動します。更新がスキップされて起動します。
  3. [ヘルプ] メニューから [Adobe Online] を選択するか、ツールボックス上部の [Adobe Online を表示] をクリックします。
  4. [Adobe Online] ダイアログボックスが表示されたら [環境設定] ボタンをクリックします。
  5. [アップデートの確認] ポップアップメニューから [しない] を選択し、[OK] をクリックします。
  6. ネットワークケーブルを接続します。

Adobe Online ファイルのダウンロード中にインターネット接続が不安定になっている場合、Adobe Photoshop 7.0.ｘ、Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0、Adobe Illustrator 9.0.ｘ/10.0.ｘ、Adobe GoLive 6.0.ｘ または Adobe InDesign 2.0.ｘ の次回起動時に Adobe Online ファイルをダウンロードしようとしてフリーズする可能性があります。Adobe Online の環境設定で、[アップデートの確認] を [しない] に設定することでフリーズを回避することができます。弊社ではこれら旧バージョンのアプリケーションに対するアップデートは現在行っていないため、最新の更新を見落とすこともありません。以下の弊社 Web サイトで、利用可能なアップデートを確認したりダウンロードすることができます。
