この文書は、Photoshop CS の基本的な使用方法を分かりやすく図解した内容となっています。

すべてのレイヤーを結合させたり、リンクしたレイヤーだけを結合することができます。この機能は、画像ファイルのサイズの軽減に役立ちます。

　結合した後、ファイル保存するとレイヤーの結合は確定され、結合前の状態に戻すことはできませんので「レイヤーの統合」は作品が完成した後に行ってください。

[ファイル] メニューの [開く] をクリックし、ファイルを開きます。

※ここでは、既に複数レイヤーを持つ画像ファイルを開きます。

適する画像ファイルをお持ちでない場合は、文書番号　224595　[基本操作]　レイヤーを追加するには　で作成した作品や、Photoshop CS のサンプルファイル「花.psd」などをご利用ください。

サンプルファイルはインストールした Photoshop CS フォルダ内の[サンプル]フォルダに含まれます。

[レイヤー] を結合する方法は複数あり、[レイヤー] メニューから選択することができます。

リンク部分を結合	リンクされているレイヤーを 1 つのレイヤーに統合します。 ※このコマンドが表示されているときは、[下のレイヤーと結合] は表示されません。
下のレイヤーと結合	選択したレイヤーの下に配置されているレイヤーと結合します。 ※このコマンドが表示されているときは、[リンク部分を結合] は表示されません。
表示レイヤーを結合	表示されているすべてのレイヤーが結合されます。
画像を統合	表示されているすべてのレイヤーが背景に結合され、ファイルサイズが大幅に削減されます。非表示のレイヤーはすべて破棄され、残っている透明部分はホワイトで塗りつぶされます。
