[an error occurred while processing this directive]移行に失敗した後の初期化エラー

問題

Flash Media Rights Management Server 1.0やLiveCycle ES 8.0.1からFlash Media Rights Management Server 1.5やLiveCycle ES 8.2に移行しようとすると、失敗します。元からインストールされていた8.0.1を再起動しようとすると、初期化エラーが発生して次のようなスタックトレースが出力されます。

原因

移行を試みた際に、8.2のConfiguration Managerユーティリティによってライブデータベースがポイントされ、オブジェクトが変更されました。Configuration Managerによるこの変更により、グローバルドキュメントストレージ（GDS）ディレクトリのデータベースオブジェクトおよびポリシーの同期が失われました。そして8.0.1サーバーの再起動時に、8.0.1サーバーで新しいオブジェクトスキーマをサポートできませんでした。

解決策

移行の際には、まずデータベーススキーマとGDSをバックアップし、そのバックアップを移行に使用してください。データベースオブジェクトおよびGDSオブジェクトの同期が保たれるよう、バックアップはシャットダウン時にとるようにしてください。
